Leticia Nin built LOVA with a deep understanding of the real, daily challenges mortgage loan officers face—because she’s been there. Leticia, being a 20-year veteran within the mortgage industry, has worked in nearly every role of the mortgage lifecycle: as a loan officer, in loan processing, operations, and team management. Having worn all these hats, she knows firsthand the level of front-end and back-end support loan officers and small broker shops truly need to run efficiently and scale their business without drowning in admin tasks.

Leticia has been the go-to problem-solver—keeping borrowers updated, partners informed, pipelines moving smoothly, and providing marketing support. She’s worked in both broker and correspondent lending channels, making her an exceptional asset and partner to Loan Officers and Mortgage Broker Businesses. It is with this expertise that she has trained her staff and oversees operations.

 Leticia saw a huge gap in the industry and stepped in to bridge the gap.  Contract processing companies are only able to focus solely on file submission and managing/clearing loan conditions, leaving loan officers without the comprehensive support they truly need. There is limited support for solo Loan Officers apart from what maybe a Lender might provide in-house. In addition,  independent mortgage brokers don’t have any administrative support.
